Cancellation Policy

ChampSchool is an exclusive course with extremely small class sizes, held at expensive world class facilities with a focus on highly personalized coaching. This means that overhead for these events is very high. Our ultra-small class sizes of less than 30 people means that we can’t afford to be open with our cancellation policy, so please read this policy thoroughly. We will do our best to work with you and to be as flexible as possible without hurting our ability to provide amazing classes and stay in business.

All cancellations or reschedule requests must made in writing at sales@champriding.sg.

90 Days or More Before the Registered School Start Date: You may  reschedule the class to a date within one calendar year (365 days) or cancel and receive a refund minus the registration/ credit card fee, which is 4%.

30 Days or More Before the Registered School Start Date:  You may cancel and receive a refund, minus a 10% service fee, or you may reschedule the class to a date within one calendar year (365 days) with no additional fee.

29 to 15 Days Before the Registered School Start Date:  No refunds are allowed. However, you may reschedule your class once (within 365 days), subject to a 10% service fee.

14 Days or Less of the Registered School Start Date: No cancellations or rescheduling is allowed inside of 14 days. The only exception is if you or we can find someone to take/purchase your seat (e.g., a friend is willing to purchase your seat or we have a wait list and someone can take your spot). If this happens, you may reschedule according to the policy below (subject to a 10% service fee), but cancellation/refund is not an option.

Rescheduling Policy: You must attend a rescheduled class within one calendar year of your original school start date. Failure to attend the rescheduled date will result in a forfeiture of your entire payment. Only one reschedule is authorized. All requests for rescheduling must be in writing (email is preferred).
